Expanding workforce representation.

Purpose

• To identify ares to expand Unifor representation when new investments or acquisitions are made which replace current production.

Shifts in investment by the employer must be matched with shifting representation by Unifor. A Unifor contract must cover workers who shift to new jobs in new areas under the employer.
